The Weekly Wrap-Up + Stacking the Shelves (2)

Book Quotes: The Story of Us by Deb Caletti
A round-up of my favourite quotes from the book.

Review: The Story of Us by Deb Caletti
A solid contemporary that deals with that weird post-HS/pre-college time. Wonderful. 4.5 Stars

Waiting on Wednesday: The Land of Stories by Chris Colfer

Review: Keep Holding On by Susane Colasanti
A well-woven, important story about bullying. I think everyone needs to read this. 5 Stars

I pose a question to my readers
about being personal on the blog regarding my Work-in-Progress writing. Weigh in!

Noteworthy bookish links from around the web...

Kelly at Radiant Shadows has a a wonderful post about the role of the book reviewer.
a little reminder we all need every now and again.

Forever Young Adult reviews 50 Shades of Grey, and it is the best thing I've ever, ever read.
It's NSFW, and all of it is glorious. Possibly the best solution to teen sex, too.

Can we please just drool over the new covers for Shannon Messenger's Let the Sky Fall and Laini Taylor's Day's of Blood and Starlight?
Because I WANT THEM ON MY SHELF NOW.

Have we all heard that Green Lantern is gay now? I support that.
Do you?

Onto my shelves!

Unbreak my Heart and Cinder were such fantastic books! Unfortunately, I'm not old enough for the Klout perk and I never got to take advantage of it even though I really wanted to! Great haul, I hope you enjoy!

Oh my gosh, I took a reading retreat last week and Something Like Normal was one of the 6 books I read. It WAS AWESOME. Read the whole thing in one night (I was exhausted but very happy the next day:) Bet you'll love it (if you haven't read it already:) AND I'm reading Unbreak My Heart right now, so far it's great:) The Age of Miracles is up next:)

And hey, love your business cards Ashley, very cool:)
