I haven't read any of these except Harry Potter, but a lot of people have chosen The Fault in our Stars and The Mortal Instruments so I'll be giving them a go sometime soon.

This list is so great! I included everyone from Harry Potter on my list - I just cannot choose one! I'm really annoyed that I forgot to include Adam(and Mia) from If I Stay and Where She Went - I absolutely loved those two characters!

Good list! I'm happy to see you put Issac from TFIOS on there. A lot of people (like me) have included Augustus, but most people seem to have forgotten poor Issac. He was a great character, too! It was so interesting and sad to see him struggling through his illness. I love a lot of your other choices too, like Jace Wayland...sigh. Great list!

Bria (and Rowan, sigh), YES! Augustus and Hazel, Yes! And every last character from H.Potter, yes, yes and yes! Great Top Ten Ashley:) I've yet to read 'Lola' but St. Clair from 'Anna' was VERY close to making it on to mine(sadly he was only slightly bested by Marcus Flutie:)
